What is the Quadrennial Banquet?
The Quadrennial Banquet is an esteemed event where members, delegates, and guests gather every four years to celebrate our achievements and honor our Episcopal Leadership, our Presiding Prelate Bishop Brian R. Thompson.
What is the theme?
At this year's Quadrennial Banquet, themed "Excellence Personified: A B.L.A.C.K. Tie Affair," we celebrate the embodiment of excellence across our community. The theme represents more than just attire; it symbolizes our collective commitment to embodying the values of B.L.A.C.K. Throughout the evening, we pay tribute to Bishop and Missionary Supervisor Thompson for their unwavering dedication and leadership, exemplifying the essence of the 'B.' We honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding Leadership, guiding our community towards greater heights. Accountability is paramount, and we recognize those who hold themselves and others to the highest standards, reflecting the 'A' in our theme. Courage, an essential trait in facing challenges and adversity, is acknowledged and celebrated among our members. Lastly, we highlight the importance of Kindness, recognizing those who extend compassion and goodwill to others, fostering unity and support within our community. Together, we embrace these values, ensuring that excellence remains at the forefront of all our endeavors.
Where and When?
Join us at the Mitchell Park Community Center, where we will be utilizing the Room, Courtyard, and Kitchen areas to host our Quadrennial Banquet.
The event will take place on Friday, May 31st from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM PDT.
How much is the ticket?
Tickets for the Quadrennial Banquet are priced at $125 per person.
What is the attire?
The dress code for the Quadrennial Banquet is Formal Black Tie. We kindly ask all attendees to adhere to this attire guideline to ensure a cohesive and elegant atmosphere. For women, please wear uninterrupted black attire. For men, black attire paired with white shirts and either a black tie or bow tie is recommended.
